We currently deliver to limited parts of Delhi / NCR only. Please check the service in your Pincode before placing the order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order as per the delivery date mentioned. However in some cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to manufacture it. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely as per your defined delivery dates, we will inform you and request you for another delivery date or shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through our delivery boys.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at info@sainworld.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return & Refund Policy
Being perishable in nature, we do not accept returns of any of our produts.
In case the product received is the incorrect product, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods
Cancellations
If the customer chooses to cancel the order at least 24 hours before the product is shipped , he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
